It’s been a good year for LG lovers, and the South Korean Company has planned the whole year for its supporters. As per sources, LG G Flex will soon be treated with the Android 4.4 KitKat update, bringing 4k video recording option for the owners. It was in news for its flexible screen, which gives a larger display in smaller dimension as well as good grip and ease of use. The device was launched with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS back in November.

HTC One and Xperia Z also received the latest version of Android, but were not able to bring a drastic change the rival company has managed to do. The 4k video has not been confirmed by LG, but Phone Arena has been tipped off with a reliable source, which claims that 2160p will soon be increased to 4000 video as Samsung Galaxy Note 3. An XDA member has already tested the 4 k video and 120 fps slow motion feature by enabling LG G2 with stock Android 4.4 through the mod. But the tipster dismisses possibility of slow motion feature even after the update.

LG G2 Mini and recently introduced LG G Pro 2 can be seen running on KitKat already, and we hope other device will soon receive latest update, boosting up performance and experience.
